Wall panels are created by creating a shape from pieces of wood that are joined together. The dimensions of the mold determine the size of the wall panels, and holes are left in the wall panels to accommodate doors and windows. After completing the construction of the mold, the concrete is poured and allowed to harden.

The molds are then removed, and the concrete wall panels are tilted and positioned at the base using a crane. Inserts are attached to the panels, which fix the board to the base. The folding design is relatively fast. Experienced contractors can install up to 30 panels per day.
